By purchasing a ticket to Rainbow Prom, I agree to the following:

• I am 14-20 years old.

• For guests 18-20 years old: A Photo ID is required. I understand that I am solely responsible for my actions and well-being at the event.

• Ticket Policy: Ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Event Rules: I will abide by all Rainbow Prom rules and guidelines, including appropriate conduct, no drugs/alcohol, and following instructions from chaperones, venue staff.

• Entry Requirements: are subject to change. By purchasing tickets to this event you agree to abide by entry requirements in effect at the time of the event.

• Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in Rainbow Prom may involve inherent risks and I voluntarily assume those risks.

• Medical Treatment: In the case of an emergency, I authorize on-site personnel to secure medical treatment for me. I understand that I may be financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Release of Liability: I, for myself and my heirs, hereby release and forever discharge Yakima Pride and all affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation in Rainbow Prom.

I understand that violation of any of these terms may result in my removal from the event.

But remember - once you're in, you're in! We kindly ask that guests refrain from leaving the premises and attempting to re-enter. So put on your dancing shoes, bring your best energy, and get ready to celebrate love, acceptance, and diversity with us at the 2024 Rainbow Prom!
