Setup
Load-In
Exhibitor & Food Vendor setup Begins at 8:00AM at State Fair Park.
Use GATE 5 at State Fair Park
All vendors must be in place and ready to go, no later than 11:30AM.
You will be able to drive onto the festival grounds to unload but all vehicles must be parked in lot 5 prior to the festival start time.
Load-Out
All Exhibitors and Food Vendors must wait until 6:00 PM to bring cars back on to the festival grounds.
Exhibitors and Food Vendors cannot leave before 6:00 PM
GATE 5 - Entrance
Enter the festival grounds (map below) from S FAIR AVE from starting point A
Travel the route to point B for Check-in
Check-In
Yakima Pride Festival Exhibitor & Food Vendor Organizer, Desi Quenzer, will be at point B to direct you to your booth space.
Site map will be provided.
All vendors will be assigned a space number.
We will have people on-site to help get the vendors in place.
Parking
Exhibitor and Food Vendor Parking - Free Parking GATE 5 parking lot (see map below) green rectangle area. This space is reserved for Exhibitors and Food Vendors only.

Important updates and ongoing information will be shared before and during the festival. You can also ask questions, submit photos and videos, and our team can respond to your questions or concerns directly.
We also need you to be our additional eyes and ears to help us keep the Yakima Pride Festival SAFE for all participants and attendees by being aware of your surroundings.
If you notice anything or anyone suspicious, a vehicle out of place, or if something just doesn't seem right, please take a photo/video and submit them into the channel. If it's an emergency, call 911 and notify the Yakima Pride Security/Volunteer team or State Fair Park.
